Since you are saying it is marked quest now and no information found for any quest attached to this. I have come across this quest, https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=8723 "Purifying the Purifyer". Someone had posted, "The blood is from any goblins you click the device on you do not need the matching blood for specific kinds as seems to be listed in the task above". Maybe the item marked "Goblin Blood" is useable?

I noticed that other types of goblin blood are used in alchemy and brewing. I think im gonna experiment.

funny, same with goblin meat. And nobody has any ideas. Makes you wonder if they messed up, but I somehow doubt it. Maybe they just forgot to add the quests, LOL!!

Got a bunch of these on my cleric from Sola... still no word on what they're used for eh? =/
I've picked up a couple of vials of this myself, and I like to know what quests it's used for.
