If anyone's interested or still does old world quests...this also drops off of a Gindan Flayer which cons LB to 81 and splits into twins both at full hp at 50%. Suprising the first time I saw that.

This item is for sale on player traders but it wont let me buy it, any ideas?
I usually find that I forgot to pick up plat or do not have enough on me when I can not buy from a player personae... or is just one of those days when nothing is working right....so I camp right there for five minutes and log back in and try again if I am carrying enough plat...
