Planes of Power
This was the last part of the Binden Concerrentia (talisman #3) quest it is was the first long grind. I spent close to 3 hours cleaning the Vekerchiki and the Earthcrafted Assassins from the castle in the south part of PoE. An Earthcrafted Assassin dropped the Living Fragment of Earth for me.

Confirmed off an earthcrafted assasin after killing 50 or 60 mobs
Probably took about 20-25 kills before I got one. Can't remember which exact mob, but it was a Vekerchiki out in front of that little fort thing that the named Croc is at. Directly South from zone in. There are random Vekerchikis around and in the fort. Least that's where I killed.
the earcrafted assasins are level 63 it appears to me
off an earthcrafted assasin for me today I believe. we got wiped by bad pathing on the 2nd pull of them so I'm pretty sure it's rotting.
