I do have a question though.

Has anyone with the Blessed Prayer Shawl gotten this belt? and if so have you determined if these two effects will stack?

I myself got the EE4 ring from SolC some time ago only to find out (yes, after several tests) that the EE4 does NOT stack with Zephyr of Brell.

Just curious if anyone has both items and can give ACTUAL proof based on their own personal testing. Not supposition or guesses.

The claims of a cap of 50% on buff duration extensions are INCORRECT. Due to the continuous spamming of that misunderstanding on my server (generally in response to claims of Enchanters, such as myself, that their KEI was 65% extended – which comes about from having maxxed out our AAexp in Spell Casting Reinforcement and Spell Casting Reinforcement Mastery and combined with an item that grants Extended Enhancement III – an additional 15%) I decided to perform a test. Imagine that, an actual honest to god experiment, so I could speak based on evidence and not the misinformed ramblings of other “Oracles of Ignorance” as I call them LOL. It is clear that there is NOT a 50% cap. Whether there is another cap at 65% is currently unknown (or at least unknown on this board to my knowledge) as I have not seen a reply to my request that someone with a Coldain Prayer Shawl (20% increase which would give a total of 70% if stacking did occur) test this. When the Lucy Board forums where still active (they seem to have been disabled now that Allakhazam has taken them over) there were postings from someone else who seemed quite knowledgeable to the effect that there was no such cap.
