Got this today from A Goblin Canyoneer in FM.
It identifies as "Pattern for Grakka's Tail" and drops from the Goblin Stitcher who's spawned twice for me near Chief RokGus. If your on his ledge, go back down the ramp and your facing I believe 3 spawns(2 near, one in the back alcove). The one in the back alcove was the placeholder I think but its been a year roughly.
