Well, if you can get the above item, you're most likely fully flagged, and can do the aid Grimel quests, for the following:

Donals BP is a CH that leaves an icon so you cant chain cast it. When it says CH with duration is excluded, it means that the donals icon does not last an extra 20% longer.

Will this effect stack on EE4 or does it overwrite it?
Overwrite, it's always the highest percent.

What are you talking about, DoTs? SOW is Spirit of Wood, a BENEFICIAL Heal-Over-Time/Damage Shield AA ability that Druids get.

Well, with this item and SCRM all maxed out druid SOW will now do 2k total over a period of 8 ticks. Think there is a VT helm that does the same..but man, these stats are godly.
Obvioulsy its useful to shamans and clerics too, just posting as a druid here.
