Do you need to bring it with you when you head towards Time? or can you leave it in the bank?
After doing the combine for the Q of E, there is a short little script that you have to follow. If I remember correctly, it starts in PoI and you end up in Time. After that, you do not need the Q of E as Time access is then soul bound to you.
well then why do I always see people with them in thier range slots. Do you get stats for it?
No stats. Just folks showing it off.

this may sound dumb but if you get gimped to all the elemental god raids and do the combine can you get into time that way without doing th other steps

You would need one key. You would need access to POE-B. You cannot 85% into that zone. You can, however, 85% into POEarth, and if you have the key from the MA in POE, get into POE-B.
So - The answer to your question is...Yes...but you need POE-B access to get the Rathe for that part of the flagging.

Good luck finding a pickup grupe in time... LOL. Gooood Luuuck
The idea is more, or was more considering the recent changes, get gimped into the EP's, get the Time key, and do Time raids with a Time guild. This was the preferred backflagging of many Time guilds who also raided GoD, because they avoided raiding the EP's, wasn't worthwhile. So, why flag a person to the EP's? 85 em in, get the shields, get the Time key, all they needed.

If you get invited to raids under the 85% rule and kill the four elemental gods (or their avatars, as the case may be), then yes, you will have your Time key and can enter the zone. I have several friends who can enter Time but not the elemental planes, since they don't have their elemental flags done yet.

its in an Odylic Vial: trivial 0 im not sure if its an error. Made with Unfired medium container,High quality firing sheet and Multielemental glaze. The glaze made with drop from PoP.
thanks - for the life of me i couldn't remember what the vial was called.
From what i can understand this is the key used to access the PoTime. It is formed in a player made vial not sure what it was called again - you have to place the items recieved from hailing the 4 different essence after you defeat the 4 elemental gods -cornaiv, rathe council (or avatar of earth), xegony and fennin. once you have done that the PoTime awaits you.
