After you kill Xegony the Queen of Air you hail Essence of Air. BTW: Xeg is mean but a fun fight!

Obtain the following items, received after hailing the Essence that spawns following the death of the corresponding god. Combine them in an Odylic Vial and then speak with Chronographer Muon in the Plane of Innovation: Sphere of Coalesced Water (Reef of Coirnav/Plane of Water - Coirnav the Avatar of Water), Globe of Dancing Flame (Doomfire, the Burning Lands/Plane of Fire - Fennin Ro, the Tyrant of Fire), Mound of Living Stone (Ragrax, Stronghold of the Twelve - Avatar of Earth), Amorphous Cloud of Air (Eryslai, the Kingdom of Wind - Xegony the Queen of Air).

Saw one of these equipped today, the nicest lookin shield have ever seen! will submit a pic, dunno if they will post here. Other than being part of key to time, this is Def a wow yer friends item.
