Planes of Power
There are five traps in Plane of Earth that are triggers for Tribal Leader Diseranon or his fabled counterpart. When the event cycle is working correctly, the first four traps (no matter which order they are triggered in) will spawn An Earth Initiate, and the fifth will trigger either A Fearsome Earthcrafter, Tribal Leader Diseranon, or (during the anniversary events) the fabled Tribal Leader Diseranon.
Copy and paste the following information into "poeartha_1.txt" in your maps folder to get the locations of the five traps:

Right now, this event seems to be broken on many servers. If you trigger five An Earth Initiates in a row, give up. You're wasting your time until the zone crashes or otherwise resets. If you see any of the other three mobs within your first five trap triggers, you're good to go.
EDIT: As of the 4/7/2009 patch, this is supposed to be fixed. If so, I'll have two of the fabled and (hopefully) non-fabled clubs by tonight.
EDIT: I did not try to ***** up the spawn cycle the way I'm aware it can be done, but I was able to get both the normal TLD and the Fabled TLD to spawn on back-to-back cycles (six in total) and now have my Fabled slow stick. Both named dropped the shaman trash item. The fight was a piece of cake. Shaman type mob, spent about half the time casting spells. Low DPS, although I'm sure individual hits are comparable to other Fabled in PoEarth.

Has to be the worst RvR wep in game...Thing is a joke even for a 1 group named drop.
... Not really, you can kill this thing with like 4 people.

Most of the people in any guild that is in PoE already have better than this weapon. The proc is a pretty good taunt, but again, just about any tank here already has a Bloodfrenzy or Blade of Carnage. Grats recruits!

well - i don't know what server you're on, but on Quellious, i know of 5 or 6 guilds that can go to elemental planes - I've heard stories of equipment that makes me dr00l, and how a good chunk of it rots every nite they are there, cuz everyone has better....

Give the people from Stromm server till end of summer and I bet they can be doing this or at least something near it's difficulty, thats from level 1 not 50.
Yeah normally ya look through alot of the items listed and they are either so so or have nice attributes and horrid other stats to balance it. But these high tier planes have items that are just all around badass. I gotta say that I am REALLY glad they are no drop. At least most of them are. It's a bit dissappointing that it requires so much fire power to get in to these places nevermind the fact of what it's like when you get there. But at least that old world ***** that's loaded to the gills with plat can't just go over to the bazaar and buy something like this. hehe
