Though this post is old, anyone wondering, Kunark class armor effects don't work until 45

As of today on MT goes for 45k
Had a bard that was quitting EQ give this to me with the arms and boots also. I was lvl 9 lol.
doesn't say lvl 45 for effect... so this would work at lvl 1? heh thatd be nice =P
Oh i bought mine for 25k, must have been lucky, the baz prices have been crazy since, so prices are up.

I got this bp for lvl 45, i sold Lots of MQ jboots to afford it, i even traded in the bazaar <shock horror> and at the end of the day, it saved my butt, numerous tims, i readily traded it in for a Undead Trak guts to get my epic, and i must say the trade in was a damn good trade if your in a low lvl guild. Anyway ive been using an ikky bp ever since, and have had a few opportunities to buy one since, but i just seem to keep saving for ornate stuff

acctually the dragon this drops off of is a lvl 66 mob not 65. ive seen this item in Bazaar for 20K the other day.

Very sad but in a way funny story I have with my ss breastplate. I usually keep it in a bag or slot to switch over for a good heal when I need it. Well was sellin off junk to vendor one day just going thru my bags sellin the crap and wouldnt you know it. Sold my ss bp to the vendor. All I felt was rage and banged my head. After a few minutes of sobbing I spent a pretty penny buyin it back from vendor whom I killed in rage after wards.

what level can you use this at?
There's no minimum level to wear this (and get the stats from this), but you can't use the right-click effect of invigorate until level 45.

I am a 55th Bard on Fennin Ro. I love the effect on this BP. As of this date this is what the effect does. Its a 100 hp heal in 6 seconds self-only. And on top of all that, like all clickable bard armor, you can cast it while moving. Being self-only you dont have to target yourself in battle to cast it just keep slashing.

The reason this is so good is because its unlimited healing, if your soloing a target, mez the target if you have low hp, and just keep clicking the BP to full hp. Nuff said

I was delighted to be able to be a part of a Trakanon raid and get this amazing item this afternoon.
I wanted to share the info in Invigorate as some of the other posts are incorrect.
Invigorate is a 90 hp self only heal and takes 6 seconds to cast.

Actually, I've been told by good sources that this BP drops more frequently off of Trak than some of the other class-only BP's off of him. So, for those who said that it is a very rare drop off of Trak....yes, it is rare, but not quite as rare as some of the others. Overall, though, a great BP...would love to have it.

Well price has dropped a bit since PoP, but this still sells for 40 to 50k usually. Figure it out, it's a rare drop from a very difficult mob (Trakanon). Effect is very useful and stats are excellent. You pretty much need BD cultural or PoP smithed items to outdo the stats, and you still wouldn't have the effect.

If you are not kidding you should be burned, sent to the sun, combusted, brought back to earth, then burned again. This is so much better than Banded. I would trade 100 banded tunics for this without hesitation. This thing drops off a dragon and banded ca nbe crafted off a lvl 19 full skill black smith. It has a bout 1/3 the ac, no buffs, and no proc. If you had to choose between this and Banded, i would consider you insane to use banded.

Or have it hot keyed.. Invigorate is a 100 hp heal. Invigor is 15% stamina heal. I have this bp and it's worth tons, I was won in a roll orginally but bought it off my clan leader for 55. This has infinite clicks of heal. recast time is about 10 seconds. At 54 from about 300 hp I have to click this about 13 times to get back to full. Great item
