the skyshrine armor i have heard is easer to git with better stats and the same effect(but i think its triggerd)

You are insane. HoT is very hard and chain BPs are not very common for the quest. Then you have to find the 3 quest gems for the BP. Good luck getting your skyshrine BP.

Lol Halls of Testing easier than Trakanon? NO WAY, Trakanon is cake compared to Halls of Testing.
I agree with the original poster. From my experience HoT is 'easier' than doing Trak. My guild isn't anything uber but we can handle HoT with 2 groups. Sometimes guildies will go there with one group for exp/loot. Though the DPS falls down drastically and the downtime for medding is longer, it's definately doable. Trak with one/two groups? A bit tough IMO without several manaburn wizzies.

I believe its a Stamina Regen as well. Not sure, however. Dropped off Trakanon, this thing will not be sold..ever. =)

I think it is a buy maybe, seen a rogue with this just healing himself away after every kill. This thing makes rogues able to solo... I thought Invagorate was a STA regen, too. But then saw a rogue using this to solo.

You are correct sir, I think it is either 80hp or 90hp heal, the casting time is bearable for such healing. Great for after battle to take some of the load off of your local cleric and/or healer

It's a 90 point heal. Cast time is 8 seconds. For a supposedly intelligent group of people (you got this far), 90 percent of you have no clue, so stop posting.
With the recent patch and the removal of the 10 percent penalty, the invigorage BPs now heal for the full 100 HP.
Cast time on the Mrylokar BP is 6 seconds.
