Legacy of YkeshaWe were not in search of this item, but have just been camping the spot for XP for the last few nights. This guy popped, and we took him out easily. He dropped the bracer which was fantastic for my Cleric friend. Riktor is right, a 50s group can easily take this guy out. We were a 54 Wizard, 53 BL, 51 Cleric, 51 Enchanter, 51 Rogue, and 51 Wizard. I would not say that this guy was easy, but we were never in any danger whatsoever.

Saw this on sale for only 9k one night, looked like a logical upgrade for my dark stone bracer, considering it's pretty much the same stats just buffer. I'd been looking for a good reasonably priced bracer upgrade for awhile (I hate leather look on bard or I'd get benevelence bracers). Two days later I see it selling steadily at 14k, looks like I got lucky.

Found him up on track the other night while looking for the Broken Skull Seer. As Raytrace said, I found him on the second room on the left after going past the fake Nadox wall.
Pulled him with a snare, and fortunately his guards didn't come too. Kited him around in the hall, but got a ton of adds from the wanderers, so Exodused and ran back, he was still up, in the hallway, and broke my invis. Fortunately he was still single, so I pulled him through the fake wall and out to the Nadox zone, where I had enough room to root/rot him pretty easily. Obviously, he's a warrior, so didn't cast anything, hit for around 130. Seemed to break root a little more easy than other mobs, even though he still conned light blue. Had comparable HP to other mobs, around 12kish or so. Dropped the bracer for me =)

HilburHelpmate, that's exactly what I thought when it dropped.
OK, I can't be sure if this guy spawns in the same location or if he can spawn anywheres in the northern section of Torgiran mines.
If you are coming from Nadox, once you are pass the fake wall, I found him in the second room to the left. No easy way to single pull this room as mobs in the adjacent rooms are very close.
I haven't seen him back up since me and some friends rampaged thru the LoY zones killing every name we could find.

How to pull this room:
Looking in the room from the hall pull the first to the right, then the one on the left, then the 2nd on right, and lastly the one straight ahead.

Not sure what you mean about no easy way to single pull, I pull from this room, the one across the hall, and the guy through the door at the end of the hall. I open the door, target the closest mob, cast malaise and run back through the secret door to where my pet and party wait. Only 1 time ever did I get more then 1 mob, and that was cause of a wanderer.
He dropped the Sword for us, rogue used it in her offhand, had quite a few procs of 110, bit slow for the damage but not a bad blade.

This bracer is better then the Thurgadin quest bracer and compairs very favorably with Skyshrine bracer...
This may be a common drop, but the warlord is far from a common spawn.

Spawn comments aside, this bracer is a decent alternate for the Bracer of Benevolence, however it's hard to find. Saw one for sale on Xegony once for 10k, right after LoY opened. Bargain price - wish I'd had the cash.
