Legacy of Ykeshabishop rimak , lvl 58 named MOB drops this in tolgrin mines , as far as location , i am unsure. GL:D

Just to let u all know that this weapon does not drop in dulak but in torigan, off named mob, either was the seer or another one i cant quite think of atm,

this is a high agro debuff my warrior used in offhand next to frostbringer .. a ranger using this is like a ranger using frostbringer ..

Cls is a 14/27 8str 8sta weighs half a horse and looks like a beast lol, but this is a 15/28 with a dex / str debuff with str an dex think this will be the alternate weapon for rangers across norrath? CLS + This equals = ?
I can't see this replacing the CLS (which isn't stellar, as it is). This may be slower, but I'd rather have 1 more dmg for 1 more dly any day. And to have a proc on a weapon launches the weapon a ways above a CLS. So it's better. But think about this: how many do you think are out there? And with that rec level, how many would actually use this?
Who drops this ???

This would be great for getting taunt because debuff procs and spells give huge taunt to the casters.
