I would definitely not call these common. I finally fount all the items - Blood, Bile and Saliva in a large room to the north east of the 3 way bridge. After I got to the room it took me only about 30 min to get all 3.

Just got this off the enraged soulstealer in the luggald tunnels in dulak. Killed Linlanik Throatcutter a little later and also dropped one of these.

Took my level 70 cleric down to hunt the components, SK parked invisible in zone. An emissary of malevalence conned green, while all other mobs where gray. He dropped a blood in the fire pits room, maybe a neat tell!
I got it all but the darn blood it wont' drop for all the love of trying urgg and went up and down and around that whollllleeee place ;(

Got the Luggald Blood to drop in the North cave as well off a blackblooded assassin tonight. This was in the dead end room in the cave that you have to go through a door to enter. In the first section of that cave we got plenty of biles and salivas to drop before we decided to try the other half for the blood.

Found Luggald Blood today in the far north cave (the last cave) in Dulak. I did not go past the big doors, but I cleared the room with the 2 pools. Luggald Blood dropped from a lvl 48 warrior mob called emissary of malevolence.

Not hardly common! I camped the east cave in Dulak for 7 hours today. 3 organs, 3 flesh, one torn robe....no bile, blood or anything ><
Are these a more common drop elsewhere in this zone or the luggalds in Gunthak or maybe Nadok?

Forever Camp.. Killed about 500 of these things last night and still no blood got all the other organs but the blood.
Anyone know of a loc where they are a bit more common?
