It is 30 damage not counting the bane. So, when shooting anything other than Lord Inquisitor Seru, the bow is 30/35.

You don't get the "You can no longer advance your skill" messages with fails.
Just fair warning, this bow is no longer trivial at 175 fletching. My fletching skill was at 213 for my first attempt, which failed, and I did NOT get the trivial message "You can no longer advance your skills..."
I skilled up to 232 before trying again, was successful this time, but again I did NOT get the trivial message.
The trivial on this combine is at least 233.

Just did combine at 202 skill level and could no longer advance. Trivial isn't 232 anymore unless you were sneaking cams or something into your recipe.

Glad you added at the end that you finally were "successful" and didn't get the message.. You will not get any message about trivialness on a failed combine in any tradeskill...
