Pulled a whole bunch of mobs and one of the Centi Dator's (and the Protector) dropped a lucid shard.

If you run straight North upon entering the zone, you come to a large room with a smaller room off to the left and a passage to the right leading further into the dungeon. After several aborted attempts - traps and too many adds - I got my shard from a Shaded Stones in this room.
In the SW corner of this room is a Shrouded Anisher. After killing him I pulled to this corner. Got 3 Shaded Stones (2 were invised.) and was able to keep them root parked in this little triangular corner long enough to kill all 3. One dropped the shard, so I got lucky on this one I think.

I got 3 off a shaded stones today with in 2 hours.

I've spent about a total of 17 hours sharding so far and i'm down to AR and AC.....ME dropped in like 5 mins which was lucky...been in AR for about 30 mins and i aint having to much luck yet but i didnt expect to....so far i've done ALL of the shards with just me (61 cleric) 66 Chanter, 66 SK and a 69 Ranger :)

Friday night I was scouting this camp and killing a little. I wasn't there a total of 20 minutes, when I tripped a trap that spawned two shadow reavers. I was able to solo the two, but barely. One of them dropped shard that I was looking for.
So, Shadow Reavers drop them. Also, I was confident that I could help all my friends get this shard easily.
Unfortunately, the next day, Saturday, I was not quite as lucky. I brought my 65 dwarf cleric friend to get him a shard. I won't comment on my initial cocky attitude toward achieving a shard for him. I will say, that we "worked" the room for 3 hours. We killed roughly 20 Shaded Stones, 15 Shade Golems, 10 Shadow Reavers, and 1 Rubble Rouser. We did not get a shard in that entire time. It may just be bad luck.
My recommendations:
1. Clear several Centi types in the room to give yourself room to work.
2. Avoid wanderers, they will not produce a shard, from what I know.
3. Don't go for the Rubble Rousers, it was all that the two of us could do to pull and kill him, they have a lot of hp.
4. Use a pet class to figure out where the traps are, you need to trigger these to spawn the golems and reavers. Or, run around like a madman until you trigger the spawns. The spawns seem to be random and need time to reset.
My question is:
Has anyone else had the same luck that we have had? All the research that I did indicated that the shard was more commonly dropped here.
I considered myself very lucky on Friday, but very unlucky on Saturday. I hope that the true drop rate would be somewhere in between.

This is soloable by a 65 ranger. I used innate camo to run around until I tripped a trap. Then i run back to zone and root the one I want before I zone out. Then I zone in on the other side and kill single mob. Took me 40 mins or about 5 kills.

which trap u talkin about, i've spent around 10 hours so far in Akheva and can't get shard, yes i'm killin right stuff, the rock dudes and what not. if u could give me a lil more info of to where the trap is that'd be great, thanks
not too hard got mine off a Shaded Stones. the camp is close to the zone in. they got a rather big agro range and dont think i pulled with out getting 2 at a time. prob less then 10k hps but more then 6k. i did the camp with a 65 ncerco and 65 cleric. could have done it solo but in less then 2hours 2 of us had shards so made the killing faster.
best advice i can give is watch that trap between zone in and camp.
so far spent about 11 hours or so in game on shards and have 6 of them...all the solo camps.
