dropped by the guards in the tents outside East of ZO. People that have done it say the ranked guards (Lieutenant, Capt, etc.) are the only ones that drop them...they are the ones with helmets and fancy armor...Goodluck! Took about 3 hours to get 3 if I'm not mistaken.

On Saturday night, 28th Feb a band of merry folks entered PoV and farmed Sacred Waters.

First mob taken down was the solo, yellow con Knight between graveyard and the 'outer' camp. This taught the lesson, they can summon and he didn't drop anything. Therefore toe to toe tanking was in order, agro kite just not possible. Further, the respawn time was way too long for this individual.

The next targets were the two guarding the doorway in the building next to the graveyard. During the course of the evening Sacred Water was received from these fine fellows.

The other targets were the military ranked "named" lads in the tents just further along from the building. Technique for these is documented elsewhere, but train them to the zone, another persons hails and the train goes back to the tents keeping the 'victim' at your camp ready to be killed. Again, Sacred Water was received from these, along with a hanful BoEE, a few diamonds and so.

Our group of 6 folks, shaman, cleric, ranger zone pulling, myself tanking and extra dps was able to cycle through both of these locations without need to wait for repops.

In the course of the evening, I'll estimate 5 hours or so, maybe longer, I've recieved 6 Sacred Waters and completed the Pottery stage of the Aid Grimel quest once; the others to be done for a second time when I've completed the tailoring.

The Sacred Waters drop off the named at the Valorian guard camp in Plane of Valor located at negative 1000 by negative 600. The named are the silver armored mobs Captain Ryglot Cupperhide, Lieutenant Aiden Finn in one tent, Sergenat Johson Popoah in another tent, Sergeant Gerrin Bakeside in another tent, Sergeant Sikfaun Bowah in a tent. Also at neg 1500 by neg 25 there is A Valorian Guard and A valorian Guardsman that drop the sacred water. Sergeant Johson Popoah is a single pull with no aggro. The others at the tent camp will bring 10 to 20 guards with them. Real nice train.

The Strategy is to have any puller with sow or soe aggro by nuking or debuffing or melee the named. Take one swipe and run for zone out. Stand at stone until first guard mob reaches you. Click the zone out stone. Have someone in the group hail the named mob. Zone back in and wait for all the other guards..including the ones who feign death...to return past the fence of the camp.
You should be engaging the mob at around neg 1300 by pos 60. Dont aggro the mobs in the building.

They hit for 300 to 900 damage..and they hit fast so slow is a must. Cleric cast a supernal elixir on main tank. When it hits engage the mob. Then Mark or Rightous, Mark of kings, cleric pet. Chanter tash, slow, cripple, weaken. Beast lord cast slow and poisons dots. Shammy cast slow, malo, and poison dots.

For the mentally challanged trolls and ogres, make sure you have regular waters in your first slots so that you don't "Drink" your sacred waters accidentally.

The hell if this is a common drop. I pulled this camp for over 2 hours and not a single drop from any of the named, or any others for that matter. Lots of Hero parts and Peridots, but no Sacred Water at all. =(

it drops from the guards and named in the campound close to the zone out stone , and the 2 on the steps in the building as well can drop it .
the trick is to pull a train to the zone out ( non kos to other players ) , the pick a named and keep hailing him , let the others leave and attack . They HURT unslowed , some of the 66 + can t be mezzzed tho . you d need this water for the Tradeskill quest . have fun
