Well I wish people would start thrying this charm on Sullon Zek. I'd be rich. 8)

I was just looking at the beastiary for this area and it seems that all the MOBs there are 42+. Is the "Level to Attain: 20" listed above incorrect? And, on that note, are there ANY charms that can be attained by someone lower than 45?!?

No, its just when it starts happening if 5 levels 65's helped a level 1 get this, it wouldn't do it's effect UNTIL level 20

Consider, if you will, that when you're on horseback, you're not encumbered much at all. I haven't tried it, but I think you can move around just fine with 20kp on you.

When you equip a charm it takes a little while for its' effects to kick in if you really want to experment equip this charm with 10k and zone you should see your charm start to work in approx. 10 min... The sam goes with charm of brother hood witch increases stats when you group with more people, I gorup with 2 outher clerics (me being a cleric) and took 5 min for 1 of the cleric to show up on charm 10 min for the outher one.. Just some FYI to help you guys who say the charm is broke

So with the weight reduction purses how much would this stuff weigh? Would it come close to being viable at that point?

I don't have alot of money, 1400pp total to my name at 62(guildless). With 1400pp, the stats are AC 1 STA 1 MANA 6 SVM 1. Just FYI

Yes you are certainly correct about the first sweet spot.
It actually goes:
21475pp AC16 STA32 MANA93 SVM21 (I weigh 573stone)
then works its way down to:
42950pp No stats (21475+21475)
Then back up to:
64425pp AC16 STA32 MANA93 SVM21 (21475+21475+21475)
Was still following this trend at 644250pp.
Really good for dueling in the Bazaar I guess.

Darn thing is still broken I guess.Got one last night and tried several combinations of plat gold silver copper up to 28k and no stats at all.Did /bug report but I doubt it'll help em fix it any faster.lol

I've seen no stats on this charm even while carrying over 15k. I can't imagine anyone not being encumbered from 15k so it appears that this charm is worthless, or bugged. I tried converting the 15k into pp, gp, sp, and cp... no stats regardless
I think almost all (if not all) charms are broken right now. Everyone I have seen hasn't worked.
I have a few questions to. Like how hard is the guy to get to? Does it take a group of 50s or a duo healer melee type?

I believe you need to be the owner of the charm to see any stats.You will not see them in links.
The irony is that the bonuses it provides are perfect for a monk.
