I got my from entrance to nadox was trained with named mob, cant remember name tho, and it was a guard
Anybody have any details on who drops this?

I can second the "Named Guard near Nadox" it was a troll guardian named "Guard <something>".
This item now has a recommended level of 27.
The named guard is pretty rare. I camped there for a bit and didn't see it after 6 respawns of both guard spots.

Killed a named guard near the zone in to Crypt of Nadox. He dropped this ring and some plat. I checked and his name is not posted as a mob for this zone, and of course I cannot recall what it was. "Guard (something)" is all I recall.
