It's a weird item... I mean most of the Ykesha quest items are nodrop, or at least lore... and most of the vendor trash doesn't have classes on it... unless it's one of those items that has a similarly named brother item with stats on it.

Got 2 of these off Bruisers today in the mines...thought to check for quest couldnt find..but i will just sell for the 30pp and enjoy the profits :) and the XP i got attaining them
I hope this is for a quest. Otherwise, what's the point? No stats and you can't actually SEE the ring when worn, so no appearence improvement either. Useless unless it's for a quest or has some hidden effects like the charms do.
Yes, but Charms say what triggers their effects, this does not. And since it lists certain classes, like the Torn Luggald Robe, and most of the LoY class quest items, it would certainly be a quest item, not a Charm (and it doesn't say Charm slot)
