New as in "this information is newly posted to this site". In other words, although the item in question has been in game for an eternity, information about it hasn't bee on this site until now.

Erhm... how can these be "new" items?? ive had the section from Tofs for AGES now, from before the quest was even up on Allakhazam, still sits in my bank. got the one from SC the other night too and wanna do this altho i got no reason to. the quest isnt really an upgrade, but there has been some speculations about what the reward might might be used for... and it sounds interesting...
