The classes listed are plate melee classes. There's no rogues listed either.
I would have to assume that there is another charm for rangers, rogues, and beastlords. There is a charm for Wis casters maxing their weapon skills, there is a charm for Int casters maxing their weapon skills, and a plate class melee one.
Hopefully Sony didnt forget to make one for the remaining classes, although there are plenty of other charms atm that they can use.

Except for bards, this item is for the meatshields out there that protect your pansy ***** from getting ganked. Stand back and shoot yer arrows while I take the beating why don't ya? Extra DPS is nice against tough mobs at least, I'm sure Sony will eventually work on some more decent stuff for the assists out there.

no not all charms are no drop. i have seen 2 for sale in bazar ( though they suced and the people where asking 300k for them)

Why they sell for so much is if you play an account w/o LoY you still have charm slot. So people w/o LoY can buy a charm and use it, instead of buying LoY and going out and looting a nodrop one. Price you pay for not having LoY ;-)

That has nothing to do with it. It has everything to do with people thinking they can get that much for the item because there is more demand than supply.

I would like to know if the person who sent this in would divulge a bit more info as to who and where at in Hates it dropped. I am sure it probably is ultra rare but would be worth getting I think. Also I wold like to know for sure if these are the max stats that one can get and if its actually based on being a master or on the skill level itself. At lvl 55 all my melee skills are maxed except for Hand to Hand which i am still working on occasionally but being a pally I often ask myself why. Plus the extra AC and sta Ill never turn down. Have Hunted about 40% of the time in the ykesha expansion since it came out as we are a lower level guild wiht just a few over 60 so arent really ready for the serious planes yet. All that time all we have seen is a Carved Fox Ear. Hope that anyone who knows anymore about this will post further info.

If you go to any item on this site that has Haste & you click the Haste link they ALL say up to 50%.....Normally if Alla knows they will put the exact haste percentage up at the top of the page next to what zone it is found in.

Don't believe this item exists? Why don't you just take a loot at the screenshot, isn't that proof enough?
This looks like a very nice charm for the classes that can use it, I've been disappointed with the stats on most other charms. Magelo shows the haste at 27% which isn't uber, but nothing to sneeze at. I have no idea how that will be effected by the variable power of charms, but effects I've seen before seem to be all or none, if it's magic properties are high enough or not.
