He can be 1 grouped easily but dont underestimate him......his slow ae is nasty....I want that whip for my ranger

Woot got one for my Ranger, NOW to get one for my WAR, and Pally =). I think any class like warrior that can't buff themself would really benefit from this whip. As vanthrax said..."it never hurt to have extra DEX and STA"
Don't know that I'd get one for any knight class. Sure, the 10 STA and 10 DEX would be useful, but what's the point if your DPS goes into the toilet while you wait for it to proc?

probably the fact that the proc lasts for an hour so you can proc it then use something else.
Really nice weap, I wish I could get one. It seems like a ranger would benifit the most from those stats, because 8 wis is quite a bit of mana, although the warriors would like it for the HPs and STA. Pallys and SKs should have better I would think.

Me and a group of guildies took the overseer out a couple of days ago. No one else wanted the whip so I got it ... woot self Sta, Dex buff ( I know it stacks with HoS/Focus and the Sta buffs ... not sure about there dex only buffs). It useally procs within 3 hits and last for about an hour. It also stacks with Shamen dex and sta buffs. So even when not soloing ... it still buffs you and as said above ... it "never hurts to have a little more dex and sta".

It falls under the line of the Primal series - Primal Essence/Avatar+, hence it'll stack with pretty much everything but other spells in that line.
As a 51 sk I do have better, but would also carry this around when soloing for the self buffs. Never hurts to have a little more dex and stamina, espcially when fear kiting i.m.o.

Druids can use some whips as they have some 1hs. This would make a nice additon to druid weapons. Some days I just feel like whipping it and my Tail of Vluudeen has no wis.
