Drops in Kunark era, just a really rare drop
this also drops off the Howling Stones version of VS during the final battle in the Iksar cudgel quests.
What does the intimidation skill do?
Intimidation is a monk ability which is like fear, so i suppose either u have a 5% chance of fearing it more often? or it makes it last longeR? just a guess
Its a skill mod, which means it would be like using intimidation with 5% more skill points. Which increase the chance of using intimidation, and possibly increase the damage inflicted using intimidation.
So, if you have 100 points in intimidation and were wearing this, you would attack as though your intimidation was at 105 points.
I'm not really sure if this would work with your intimidation capped or not. How exactly would you test it, anyhow?

You can have it over your cap. I have had taunt over my cap with The girdle of the flesheater (not sure if thats the item).
Ok, so it increases your Intimidation. But why the neg cha? Does the -10 Cha also effect the way intimidation works? I thought that was just a old story. Until I saw the negative lol. Now I'm confused.
Intimidation is a fear lower charisma helps fear this is why so many necro items have minus charisma.
what bard/rogue is allowed to be on ct? This mod might only be useful for iksar monks.

Why only monk and rogue? Because it has a Intimidation mod on it? Pff. Still a great item for any cazic worshipper.
umm almost any rogue we are open to all deitys as far as i have seen well aside from the good races the grey races ie human and gnome might have ct as an option
Rogues are just little ***** thugs, CT is the real evil thing. :p I'm guessing CT doesn't give a crap if the open deity class/races follow him or not is because he makes another damn race if he doesn't think he has enough worshipers...

I checked last night because I was curious. Unfortunately no rogues can worship Cazic Thule. Don't know about bards, but I doubt it.
No evil gods for bards except Rallos who's in the twilight between neutral and evil.
Only races that are able to worship Cazic are Ogres, Erudites, Trolls and Iksar.

This item does drop in Howling Stones off Venril Sathir at the end of the quest fight for the last cudgel. We have dropped him twice and both times he dropped the mask so it may be his common. From what i hear it is a very rare mask do to the fact that not many iksar shammies get to the last cudgel. I was very happy when i was awarded this mask, as a monk it is very hard to find a good mask with resists.

This item DOES drop from venril Sathir, but it drops from the special version spawned durring the iksar shaman final cudgel quest in charssis(howling stones). Nice item, I have it on my shaman (no cudgel though due to a bug in the quest)
This item is new to Alla's db today... But I was quite sure I've heard of this item before, and that it dropped in Howling Stones from a special copy of Venril that was part of the final shaman cudgel quest. Can anyone confirm either way?
