i don't know about the whole event but is it possible for the under lvl 55 to get this by joining the fight as a raid?

On one of the yesha bows I commented on not many bows seemed to have a recc lvl below 50 and then they go and throw out an intermediate bow with no recc lvl at all (not that I'm really complaining)

Before you start whining like so many baby EQers, take a look at the bow & the mob it drops from, plus the boss mob the group is going after.
The boss mob takes a group of high lvl ppl (60+) to kill. The bow is no drop. Anyone under the lvl of min 55 would not be around to loot this bow.
Ergo: Min required lvl is not really needed on this item.

Before you start telling people to use their brain, you should take your own advice.
I currently have this bow that I have had since level 48. We have several in my guild all under level 50 that have this bow. This is a 46 + raid for us. The boss mob is only level 52 also. Cons white to every level 52 I have ever taken in to the zone, and DB to anyone over 52, and Yellow to a level 51.
