Looted these off of a couple of shrine bruiser's today near the torgiran zone line.
On both 'a vehement Blackhand' and 'a furious Blackhand', a good number actually.
These items are worth 10 Tribute points.

Yes, they are sold to merchants for a little platinum. The only reason they are flagged magic is so they cannot be pickpocketed.

We are in Nadox now and got some of the tooths buyt still do not knoiw what quest its for>>

Also found on an exhausted prophet in Nadox.
Picked up a couple tonight off of a Broken Skull Cenobite and An Exhausted Prophet. Still no idea on its use.
