Vindilan, you have to make the Steel Boning, smithing skill, recipe is small brick of ore+file+flask of water combined in a forge. trivals in the 40-50 range I think.
So this is wat HQ pelts are used for, were do i get the "steel Boning"

The info listed states "all races" but in the picture of the item all races aren't listed???

The size of the armor is determined by the class of HIGH QUALITY pelt used:
Small: Wolf
Med: Cat
Large: Bear
This applies to tattered and studded armor as well.
Small: Wolf

There are three different sizes (small / medium / large). All races can wear at least one size.
