ahh the old days, i used to be proud of this years ago, now i would'nt dream of putting any thing less than 20ac bp on any leathe, chain, or plate class i would start......lol...what a day we live in.
back when the rave was in kanark (meny moons ago) things where way diffrent items sold for a good price plat was plat and noone ever had 10000pp to there name now however things have changed and some r better some r setbacks. like 10,000pp is nothing to players anymore and i find it disgruntaling to bee able to go to a trader and get an item for 5pp that back in the day would have run 50pp or there would have been lots of xp gained to get the item to drop i guess i like eq enuph to complain and stay but all rant and no play make jack a newbie loljust a thought
Is it just me, or does the loot in Splitpaw seem to be in need of updating considering the average level and respawn rate of most of the mobs there? I mean I've seen whole groups get eaten alive 6 paces in from the entrance and some very strong ones that never managed to make it very much farther in because more and more gnolls kept showing up and driving them out. I know stealth is the key if you are here to do a quest like the enchanted gnollslayer, but give us a break and make the loot drops more fitting of what we go through to get them. It's like doing a guild raid to one of the planes and getting a rusty dagger and a few copper off of Cazic-Thule or Innoruuk. Geez.

If you were me and I were you, would we still be friends?
Ac 9 isn't too bad for a low level non-twink, and 10 sv poison is great when fighting spiders and snakes. My lvl 12 druid has this tunic and a chitin shell shield. Nice combo for a boost in poison save. Every resist is less downtime healing and medding, and there are not many druid items with much higher ac for this price (except reinforced leather, which has no stats). Would certainly prefer BCP, but too pricey for now.
Since those splitpaw items are pretty tough to sell to other players most people tend to sell em to vendors instead. The stats aren't that good so vendors sell em pretty cheap.
