Ngreth confirmed for me today that this item no longer drops. Item was removed from treasure tables with the advent of systemic research. So the Robe of Lodestone and its subcombine Lodestone Scribed Swatch can now both be considered Legacy recipes.

Had one drop off a Dark Master today in Umbral Plains ive killed millions of these mobs too, but this is the first time ive seen this.

I have seen this drop at Crusader camp in Veksar while killing Highborns. This is one of the best spell component zones I have seen yet.
