Legacy of YkeshaFor the level of this mob and zone this ring makes me want to vomit with rage.
That sounds fun.Is that a skill that you can make a hot button out of?
they have a luggald inquisitor and
the Luggald Interrogator
Ring drops off the Interrogator...spawned in back left corner of torture chamber for me (from ladder viewpoint) think its the NE corner. The Interrogator is a 60 enchanter, buffs everything around it, casts wind of tash constantly...

Almost forgot that his PH was multiple mobs which included A Luggald Tormentor and others.

Got one from The Luggald Inquisitor tonight. Only really hard thing about him is the large possibility of adds during the fight. We buffed MR before fight and took him down with no problems with 62 Pally, 60 Pally, 58 monk, 58 mage, 59 ranger and 60 druid healing.
Ranger and Druid dotted themselves before fight with low level dot to prevent being mezzed and rest of us just went hardcore into it. Mob dropped in less than a minute. Seemed to be more hp than normal luggalds, but not significantly.
As a monk I wasn't sure, but it seemed pally's stunned him a few times.. at least he jumped back on occasion and I didn't hear them say anything about him being immune or resisting. He hit fast but not overly hard for the zone and we resisted most of his spells fairly easily, even after being Tashed.
Mob conned Yellow to me, 58 monk, and white to 60 druid, so I'm guessing level 60. Spawns in first room after going down first ladder right at zone into HF.
Hope that's enough info on the mob.

I'm pretty sure it was "The" not "a," which I may have submitted incorrectly. It was a capital letter named, but he really wasnt as hard as you all are making him out to be, at least not to our group... I think he may have gated. ooooh.

for being the toughest mob in the zone this is crap loot IMO but hey this is EQ )

It is a not A luggald....it is THE Luggald Inquisator...big difference. This ******* has super high magic resists...basically immune to stuns...and charms...toughest mob in zone.

definatly a luggald inquisitor
the 2 rings we got were from "the luggald inquisitor", enchanter caster.

If you click the link to the mob, it clearly shows a picture of "A" luggald inquisitor

there are 2 versions - a and THE. The "a" ones can be a place holder for the THE spawn, which drops this ring. The named one is a high level enchanter, immune to root, stun, snare and mez. Very hard unless you kill him fast.
