I JUST got this the other day, was playing mt twink mage when the alch spawned. I had my friends run him in circles while I went and got my druid. Even and 37 and him green, re resisted half my spells and hit for high 30's. Anyway i killed him and got the Ribcage. Suck part, no grapic. =(
BUT! If you have lucling and the new images loaded (Wood Elf Male), it is a vest made out of diferant shades of green leaves and looks super cool on us druids.

I'm kicking myself for not getting this when I first saw the alchemist, who I just killed for faction and didn't bother to loot.
This guy can spawn wherever Mooto does. Mooto's not exactly a placeholder, this guy is a random spawn at either camp (the one closest to the Runnyeye entrance or the one on the south zone wall). Clear and keep clear both of these camps, and he will spawn evetually. Kind of luck of the draw how often, you can see him twice in 15 minutes or waith 8 hours and never see him. His spawn rate is totally random.
This ribcage is used for the treant fist quest from Puab Closk in the FP monk guild. By the way, anybody know if iksar can use the treant fists, or are they still human only? Except for this rib cage, I cam across all the items for the quest anyway, want to know if it's worth it to finish the quest.

Well, on Rallos Zek, having a good set of "no drop" items is a great help. So i ran over to the Thicket with my 31 level necromancer and camped the ****** The goblin camp that you have to keep clear is directly to the right as you leave Runnyeye. I believe the place holder is the goblin that spawns just inside of the cave entrance to Runnyeye. Once there, this only took me about an hour. By the way, the piece doesn't show on the outside, so if your an Iskar, things might get a little cold...
yeah its also good to have no drop items which don't suck.... the only thing it really has going for it is 2 SV fire and being no drop.

I don't think there is a specific place holder. I was looking for Mooto in the first gob camp with the single tent and the Alchemist was inside of the tent. Dropped it first kill.
