The quest in Grobb is back, now that the trolls are back home. I don't know who gave it out in Neriak.
I could only get it with my troll SK - he would not talk to my troll warrior past the initial lines. SK guild master Treksar gives out two quests to those of sufficient faction: one for the froglok skin mask if you bring him a big mushroom man head, and one for something from the Nightkeep vault if you bring him one of these tunics. He mentions "other weak shadowknights", referring the the Greenbloods. He told me to go out and kill YOUNG Greenbloods, which at first I thought meant the wandering Greenbloods in BB, or maybe some out in Feerrot (although I have never seen any there). But from this here, it doesn't look like it drops off NPCs...
I guess I need to make an Ogre SK and get the tunic and then give it to my troll to turn in. I'm wondering what the stuff from the vault is!
[EDIT] Well, the gods of EQ are having a laugh tonight. I made an Ogre SK, hunted those durned scouts until FINALLY I get 3 fifes, do the turn-in, get the tunic, pop it in the shared bank (I still don't know what he means by kill YOUNG Greenbloods - PK?). Log in the Troll SK, grab the tunic and head for my guild. I hand the tunic to Treksar and he begins to laugh. He apparently has changed his mind, that scoundrel, and now wants a total of THREE tunics, along with a "tax" of two gold!! He kept the first tunic, too! Curses!
Well, off to make another Ogress - need that durned training tunic. I WILL finish this quest, even if the vault shinies are an old rusty sword and a moth-eaten cloth helm.

Shiqra actually ended up finishing the quest, and then posted about it on Treskar's page. Snailish and I logged on and ran it together, so we can confirm Shiqra's findings. I posted the log on Treskar's page in this post. Hopefully it can be added as a new quest sometime.
Is this rest of this quest broken, or wa sit just never finished? Says it is for a Greenblood quest in Grobb, but Grobb is no more since those stinkin frogs took over. Poor Trolls, they always gettin picked on. Did the quest move to Neriak with the Trolls? Anyone have any info?

I doubt it, since you are human, but why bother? You can't wear it anyway, Ogre only
