Legacy of Ykeshahey there folks,i was just wondering. should the weapon with the faster delay (and less damage) go in the main hand or the off hand? cos right now, i have a "centi shortsword" (25/12) in main and "defiance"(19/9) in off. have it got it backwards?

Sometimes agro is not what you want. I always have equipped a damage weapon and a speed weapon. I switch them between primary and secondary depending on lvls I am grped with. A grp with mostly higher levels than I am I will put the mining pick in primary. Where I am tanking I will put my speedy weapon in primary so I have the higher chance for agro. Less damage dealing overall but the healers have to do their job for the longer fights.
Looks strange on a Ranger but this weap does dole out the damage and does not cost a bunch of plat.

you wnat faster in primary, it helps maintain agro. damage is nice, but you dont want your cleric and other casters getting beat on.

This item has a recommended level of 33. Otherwise all bonuses and dmg is half. Found that out after buying for my 19 Ogre Warrior =P

For the price of this weapons, it's stats, and usefulness is a offhand. In a Ranger's hands it's the best buy at it's price in my humble opinion. Until higher levels, then the Defenders's Lightblade comes into play

This is a real nice 1hs specially for an off hander.. I am using this with a Jagged Blade of Mourning.... lucky for my i picked it up in Bazaar for 499pp

Miners in the mines.If it is duel wielding you will most likely get one of these.No promises but I have 3 for 3 so far off duel wielding miners.Random drop and pretty rare.Couldn't say which miners sorry.
What is the meaning of LSoEE?
LSOEE is the acronym for long sword of ethereal energy, a VERY nice weapon that was nerfed soon after luclin was released. it was 16/29 + 5 magic damage + other stats, and doable in under four hours if you didnt have to wait too long for any of the camps

oh shot lol i feel that last meaning of LSoEE! Anywho the full stats is a 16/29 +5mag dmg 12dex 10svmagic 2%mod to divination an ac15 -5str -5sta looks awesome hits HARD if you know a high lvl warrior who is using one check out his dps with nice haste that weapon shreds mobs...anywho hope the ppl here was some help

Its nice, But LSoEE is still a better weapon for offhand

Damage bonus is determined by the player taking the picture.
To slow for aggro purposes. But just my opinion.

yes perfect for a ranger.
why ?...simple :
look at the weight and yes it is good about aggro management. Not too high aggro and some good stats with a not so crapy damage ratio.

In main hand ok but in secondary wep it's nice for ranger ;)
