He laments the loss of his favourite snake pet and returns this item to you with it's present stat bonuses.
It's acutally kinda nice.
Since it fits both wrist and neck slots, it can tide over a froglok who hasn't quite gotten his second bracer yet but has a decent neck piece!

This snake attacked my 51 Sk while running to Guk the other day. She dropped the Trinket. I killed her again today with my level 10 Troll shammy and she had the trinket this time also. I would say this is a good quest for any good char class such as pallys or shammys, because she is easy to kill and the quest has very little to do to complete it. Each time I've encountered her she was not far from the PoK book near the entrance to Guk on dry land. Good luck.
