Random drop off of the crewmembers on the Oceancrasher boat if i remember the name correctly. We got 2 in about an hour of pulling.

red is an understatement - i always wondered why ppl were so crazy about how their armor looks - its all about the stats right? well for an elf in typical natural, neutral tones - they stick out like clowns shoes.
Oh well - for my 36 lvl they really rock, and having picked them up for 125pp, i really can't complain. ;)
