Laborer's Drape  

 

I found this item on accident while mapping the mines in Torgiran Mines. The mob's name is The Mutated Laborer. He conned green to me at 63 and had 10k HPs. Regen was moderate. Used fire based nuke and it landed for full most of the time. Never had a problem with snare, but as with many mobs in Ykesha, root never held long. As a wizard, I had to tag him to get to me, root him so he was away from other mobs, back off, snare him, invis myself, and walk him to the bridge area where I could safely kite him.
