got this for my wizard Ziilch last night. Just thought i would mention that with the Evocation skill mod, his nukes hit for max damage more often; he also seems to Crit a little more- so it's a pretty nice item.

solo'd him today.......62 necro with all spells to level, had pet up but didnt use till last 4% of health due to the enrage from about 8% -4%
does not summon and did not resist a think i threw at him

There is NO graphic on this.. got it yesterday for my mage.
would +3 evocation make you fixxle on evok spells less or what

consider that evocation and all other casting skills cap at 235, a skill mod item like this one should make you fizzle less.
However, 3% of 235 is only 4 points, so it wouldn't really help all that much.
I don't think skill mod items stack either, not sure though.

umm, 3% of 235 is NOT 4, it is 7. Hope that helps everyone.

I had this drop from Garodizan Razorfin about 30 minutes ago. He was an insta-spawn right after I killed a luggald abomination.
He was relatively easy to kill for a 62 mage and 52 enchanter, after he was slowed.

I can confirm the insta-spawn of Garodizan Razorfin. Same thing happened to us last night and he was an easy kill for us...59 and 65 Necro...
