You will not receive the same amount of money that you paid for it. Depending on your CHA at the time you will receive around 66% or less of your 10230pp.

You can't perform a direct trade to my knowledge.

And since the the other drums aren't listed yet let me list the speeds that I know of:

9k mount - seems about the speed of a normal run. It's slower than run3

30k mount - close to run3 speed, but a tad slower than jboots

70k mount - no info

100k mount - Faster than spirit of eagle cast by a lvl 55 druid. You can slowly pull away from Grimfeather in NK with this mount to give you an idea.

As far as I can tell lizzies and horses move the same speed at equivalent price ranges.

The colors have not been proven to have any special effects as of yet.

Lizzies are MUCH easier on your food stores than horses, have no head in the way (a big plus), and are a little lower to the ground (making looting easier it seems).
