im guessing a 60 war with decent armor/weps could do this fairly easy but where does she spawn i need the knuckls for my lvl 5 monk and see none in bazaar

Could a 50 Druid nad a 50 Mage get to her and kill her?
My 53 mage solo'd the whole lot. Put pet in the corner under the catwalk and used malosi to pull. Ran to corner sent in pet nuke once or twice all done.
Well my group was a 51 mage, a 49 druid, and a 62 mage and we handled her easily. Just invis to fort get in a corner and have mage summon his pet and druid harmony pull everything and you wont have any problems at all. Easy fun camp with luggalds dropping flickers random named droppin nice gear and for roughly 2 hours my 49 druid got 50 percent xp. So yeah you two should be able to take the camp and do great in it.

I logged in with my monk today to discover they changed the freaking graphics from the uber cool claws to the same as knuckle dusters.

i was really hoping that they were gonna look like the claws too, but hey, who cares. these are quite nice for a 30 monk (even at 9/21). i bought them for 400pp at the Bazaar on Lanys last night but there were 2 more for sale at 1k. now i have something to keep h2h up with without losing dmg output. once i hit 35, these and my trance sticks will begin to proc and then it's PARTY time. ALL FEAR HUCHEE the Tranquil.
This procs at level 35 for 25 Damage and procs about 2 times per fight on my monk. They also changed most of the LoY drops to a "recommended level" as with this weapon it is now recommended lvl 31. Hope this helps =o)

Don't know if this changed multiple times, but they are recommened level of 35 presently.

Is the DD on this a proc, or a triggered effect? Seems like it could be a good Monk pulling tool if it's triggered.

I've tried identifying these things but nothing comes up however vendors will give you absolutely nothing for them. Most items tend to be for a quest when vendors won't buy them, so just wondering if anyone else has found anything about these being for a quest if so would love some info. Thanks.

The reason most PoP and LoY gear can't be sold to vendors is because it's mostly LORE ITEMS. You can't sell LORE items to vendors. I don't know how long it's been like that, but for a couple months at least.
alot of the new drops, both PoP and LoY, cant be sold to vendors at all. they probably did this to try to stimulate the economy

I actually think that they did that so that people don't sell to a vendor by accident, as has happened many times in the past, I know I have done it hehe. That is just my theory though and may be wrong.

sell to a vendor accidently? I can honestly say I've never done that, just ckick on what I do mean to sell then click sell, pretty easy

How many nice, light weight, 2hb are in the game that are usable by BL only, and not monks? Stop yer WHINING! GEESH always someone WHINING about the game items. Maybe Sony should just quit giving out new weapons and we will all have to get by with the one's already out there? You'd stop WHINING then!

This is most likely an oversight and will be fixed in one of the upcoming patches.
Who cares that beasts don't get this, they get better, 1 more damage more stats and twice the proc

procs a 25 DD which works for my lvl 35 monk.
To my surprise, does NOT proc for my lev 31 monk. I'd guess it's a lev 35 proc.
(Edit) Well the picture doesn't explain WHY I would think it's a lev 31 proc -- because it is a recommended-level-31 item.

Ok, now that I've worked my way up to lev 35, I can say that it's definitely a lev 35 proc. Tried it at every level between 31 & 35, and did not start to proc until 35.

Kailii Brokenskull is the "queen" of the first Troll fort; the first left off the caverns in Gunthak. Spawns in the "throne room" inside the fort. Placeholder is a troll warrior; there are also 4-5 luggalds in the room (which can drop the flickers needed for the mage spells).
Sorry, not sure of the spawn time. Helped kill her three times; she dropped the knuckles all three times.
