These are for a quest in Neriak Commons.
Collect all 4 and turn into a mob named Firon Dernkal on the roof of a building in the Indigo Brotherhood section for a charm.
The Charm is called Charm of the Brotherhood. Gets more powerful the more members of your class are in your group.
Mob was indiff to me, while the brotherhood and others were all KOS, and the vendors are ally.

Odd question, but on Legends there was a zone called Marauder's Mire. It was a undead version of erud's crossing. It did require a key, i am not sure what the key consisted of. But quite a few nice items dropped there. I would hope they would keep some sort of rarity to the items that were gotten from there for the short time it was on legends. But *shrug* never know with verant. Just my opinion, might be worth looking into

i finished the insignia gathering quest of 2 from each ship, it isnt worht the time, and he doesnt let out extra text that there is an upgrade to it, i even handed it back to him, and he ate it, i had to petition for a couple days to get it back
it gave me an ac4 cha10 and some other minor stats 15poison 15disease thingie for the range slot, cant remember exact stats, but not worth the time at all, was really disappointed.

The gold one drops from the named sheff in shark's bar.
Drops from anything in Dulak's Harbor actually. I have let about half a dozen of each kind rot now. Too bad there weren't anyone who needed them most of the time when I /ooc'd they were up for grabs.

I believe it's for a Pally spell quest...unsure at this point but I think it's related to the Celestial Cleasing spell quest.
Lorekeeper, just an FYI.. All Class specific quests pertaining to their spells have the item listed as
Class: PAL
for Paladins for example... and etc and etc.
I was one of the first to report these Medallion findings and dispell the rumor that they were "glitched" GM years of service awards that were dropping instead of being awarded. So far no one at the Lighthouse or immediate NPC surroundings accepts all four medalions (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Plat) so it seems likely to me that they need to be combined in a box or something and then handed in.
Another theory I have is that the Dulak Ship insignits/badges that drop from each of the 5 crew mated some how ties in with this. I have yet to confirm anything but I will post on Allakhazam's the second I found out more facts.
From what I do know, you need 2 badges/insignates from each of the 5 ships to combine in a box you get from the new Erudite NPC standing outside the Warrens zone ent next to the pool.

The insignias are for thier own quest, hail the erudite stading near to the warrens zone in Paineel, he'll give you a 10 slot container and ask for 2 off each ship. The medallions are for some similar quest is my idea, like the compass notations, troll heads, and luggald flesh

I got one of these off a Barracks officer, and Ive seen the Silver version drop off the scouts in the front of the zone. Also know there is a gold version but not sure what drops it. Still unaware of what quest these are used for, although Im guessing its one of the outside (qeynos, freeport, etc.) quests.
