As of this writing, this charm is no longer No Drop. Picked it up in the Bazaar for 2500pp on Lanys T'Vyl.

I was waiting at Dulak zone point for my group when the Broken Skull Mystic appeared. Was bored waiting, so I pulled him, dropped him, got the Mammoth Tusk Powder. Being a Warrior, I don't mind the minor Stamina and Resist boosts, but I think this would be far more useful if they didn't make the boosts so dependant on already massive stats. It takes a total of about 275 points between Wisdom and Agility for stats to even start appearing, and people at that stage can probably access far better charms and far better equipment to begin with. I think they should take a harder look at Charms to see when and where the benefits would be most useful.

The castle is my favorite hunting spot right now, I've gotten about 5 of these to drop all from various initiates except one which dropped from the Luggald Slayer on the left side of the porch. So apparently they should just change this to "various creatures" dropped. Anyhow good luck, it is truly rare.
More stats for the fire

I've been killing at the 6 spawn points in the town, where spawn either, broken skull augurs, mystics, and seers. I've killed probably a couple hundred, and finally the charm dropped today 6/7/03 off a Broken Skull Augur. Good luck all!

Dropped off of a Broken Skull Mystic. There are a seer and a mystic right near the zone line to Dulak. I probably got lucky but was just hanging out waiting for some friends and kill the mystic twice. This dropped on the second kill.

Got one from an ogre initiate ( my friend got one from a darkelf initiate ) seems all mobs in the temple have chance to drop it. It took me 3 day, about 2 to 3 hrs a day.

As this charm get power when u have more agi and wis. I buff myself to 305 agi and 335 wis, the stats on charm become 11 sta 26 mana 7 svd 7svc.

Not for chanters :0
# Mar 27 2003 at 4:01 PM Rating: Decent
I got one of these to drop. Chanters are not really known for their wisdom or agility, so it is pretty worthless to me. For stat junkies: with 165 wis and 95 agl, this gives me plus 2 mana. :/

You're mistaken. There are tons of high lvl zone that never have a single person in them any more because of PoP. The Hole, Umbral Planes, Sleeper's Tomb, ect. I can solo there for hours with a solitude charm and never see another person. As for the Agil and Wis, if you are a druid, for example, in full Elysians you have 255wis and well over 150agl with out buffs.

wow u can solo in sleepers tomb i`d love to see u do that
#REDACTED, Posted: Mar 04 2003 at 12:25 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) 1) Im not a druid and 2)those zones are very difficult to solo in, so i seriously doubt that you do. And 3)if your going to drool over 13 mana LOL I dont know what to tell you. 13 Mana is like summoning water woopity doo!! LOL

Talk about spoiled. What is worse, getting an item with a minor effect, or having an empty spot that is doing nothing for you. If you are able to get one, use it until you get something better.

The problem is ... the charm you get in Gloomingdeep is way better, and it's not based on your stats or zone population. This is about as useless as a charm can get if you bothered with the tutorial.

What a Joke
# Mar 03 2003 at 4:53 AM Rating: Default
Ok is it just me or do these charms SUCK?!?! LOL you need 270 wis and 140+ agi to gain 13 mana and very minor resist what a JOKE, or the one where the fewer in the zone the better it is, ummm have they checked there server sizes lately, odds of going to a zone with 2 people in it to hunt in are EC and WC LOL anywhere past lvl 35 which the charm is gotten at there are always a min of 10 people and usually alot more than that. Hopefully these are Joke Charms, and some real nice ones will come out soon.

These are supposed to be charms, not major magical items. I have a charm of brotherhood as a DE and its useless to me, since all my firends are not DE. But with share wolf form i can max it out. Just because you need a hi wisdom to get a max, doesn't mean that KEI or other wisdom enhancing spell won't help you obtain it's benefits.

If you wanna talk useless let's talk about shissar fangs or other ammo slot items with stats that don't count.

Picked up one tonight in Gunthak. Highest I've seen it is STA 6, MANA 13. My strength was 275 and agility was 162. seemed to fluctuate at times too.

Wouldnt mind one of these for my Ranger, pretty high stats in both areas. We'll just have to see what the stats are though.
