Uh, I know that this deals nothing with this item but, judging from the pic, Oracle Pagrossa looks like a female troll lol.
I don't know if this is the only guy that drops this weapon, but we got it off Oracle Pagrossa last night as well. Me (a 52 mage), a 57 nec, and a 61 druid had been killing stuff for a while. After clearing a bunch of light blue trash the druid started tracking anything that looked like a named mob.
The first one that he pulled was this guy. There were a couple of adds but because of bad pathing they didn't show up until 2 minutes after the fight was over. The Oracle himself went down very easy. The Nec and I sent pets in and they started casting. I tried to Malo twice and he resisted, and by that time he was 1/2 dead so I just started nuking. By the time I got one Lava Bolt off he was dead.
If he was supposed to be a named mob he didn't seem to be any harder than any of the other mobs that conned dark blue to me.
Quite a nice drop for such an easy kill.

Can you post any more information about this guy Oracle Pagrossa? Is he a named Troll? What's he look like? Where was appoximate location / loc that you found him in?
