I have one (am 65) and tried it on a level 1 mage I made, and it cannot be equipped. It CAN be worn on a 46 INT casting toon though, as a friend's alt equppied it with no problem.

Would be nice except for the required lv of 46 not really a twink robe but its decent if you cant get into aguild but for the price might as well save up and buy a ornate silk pattern

Since this requires 3 GM Tradeskills to make and drops from the elemental planes, I doubt most people will ever see this robe.

I already see this selling on 7th hammer, and we're not even one of the powerfull servers. This is a very nice robe, and even if your server only has ten multi-GMs who can make this, they'll find a way to get the fixings for this robe, which would make them quite a lot of money.
You don't need a multi GM...if you are a GM, or even if you aren't, just work with other GMs to make what you want. Just remember the final combines are not sure things regardless of skill.

Unless this ends up getting a required or maybe even recomended level requirement on it theres gonna be alot of twink Int casters running around =)
you have one or are you just going by the suggested level to attain by Allakhazam's site?
