Another way of looking at it

Well, seeing as how Ultravision and See Invisible are 2 seperate augments, you can think of this as a type1, type3, type3 helm with the augments chosen for you. I'm willing to sacrifice a little HP (I'm not a tank!) for some useful effects. To me, this helm just combines 2 really useful effects for my blind barbarian self. =) Besides, you can always put +40 HP augments in it.

2 seperate augs, yes. however incorporeal has 2 more slots. two better slots can put regen/FT in incorporeal, not into this though. most shaman have good night sight, and there are plenty of decent see invis items.

Sacrificing a few HP is one thing, but this has almost 30 fewer HP than the Incorporeal Helm of the Specter. A shaman is not a tank class, but due to the aggro from some of our spells, and our ability to turn HP into mana, HP is one of the stats that we should focus on.

Heck, the Kylong Darkmail Coif has a few more HP from the extra STA, and better resists than this. It's a nice helm, no doubt, but I wouldn't consider it a particularly good investment until the price on the mold drops significantly, or unless they increase the HP a fair amount.

indeed, has same hps/mana... but kylong darkmail has 2 more sta, though lacks 8wis... would say nothing a good aug won't fix, but they have same number of slots.
This vs. LDoN

The Incorporeal Helm of the Specter has 5 more AC, more Hit Points and mana (+75 to each), higher resists (+7 to disease, magic and poison) and 3 augment slots vs. the 1 for this.

The only advantages this has is 2 more STA and 4 more Wisdom, neither of which are that critical, and Plainsight, which you can reproduce via augments (most people only need the See Invis part of it).
Graphics?

Anyone know what the graphics for this helmet look like?

Thanks ^_^
