Fine Steel Visor = 7ac. So this is better than a Fine Steel Visor, at least :D
To all you people complaining about why this mask isn't associated with a single mob.. Think about it. If it is just goblin forged iron armor, wouldn't it be issued to all the warriors to protect the place better? And thus be found on all/most of the goblins in the place? I can't truthfully say I've been to this zone, but this makes sense to me.

That's exactly what it means. Like all of the drops in Droga that aren't listed as dropping off of a specific creature, this item can drop off of anything in the zone.

I picked up one of these masks while camping the chief in droga. It dropped off of one of the mobs in that area...it was along time ago..sorry i cant be more specific
