Effect shown on the Boots in the screen shot says Precision Mana Infusion , yet the descrirtion says the effect is Mystic Infusion , Does anyone know which it is for sure.

On the boots today the effect now shows as "Mystic Precision"

Too bad there don't seem to be any aug slots.
