Actually, from what I know, you cannot enchant FINE PLATE, this piece here is actually Full Plate. It is the human cultural armor made in Qeynos (still hunting for the rainwater to make some myself).

what you have to do is have an enchanter enchant the ore before you make the visor, enc has to be 49+ and it requires a jacnith (youch)
