well duh there were only human monks around when this item was created, hence the effect would have been good for any monk back then

Junk item nowadays, but. . .
pre-kunark, pre-iksars, pre-most monk gear, this WAS pretty good.
Back inthe day, monks ran around in raw and cured silk, and not much else. this would have been a decent item back then.

Junk my ***** This is still useful to low level-midlevel-upper mid levels. Especially if you dont have alot of cash, and even MORE especially if your on pvp.
this is infravision, not see invis. it just helps you see in the dark :)

Yes kedge was out before kunark and
iksars were just an idea then =)
only humans then were monks its been updated
Thing is, iksar already have infravision. Making this less useful to us iksar monks. Not useless, but that effect work rock on a human.
You've got to be kidding me. Unless you're human and would like to get the infravision, this thing is a piece of junk, especially considering the difficulty of getting one. Heck, a cougarskin mask is almost better than this, and you can get that at 25. (You can get it at lvl 1, actually, if you buy the meat and cougarskin and are careful about getting to Ergrez. My brother did this quest as a lvl 8 bard!). At the level you can take down Ebbhunter there are far better masks you can get than this. This is rediculous.

At the top it says that all races can wear this, but the picture says human. Can iksar monks wear the Pearlescent Mask?
