My 51 chanter just got this. Everything is as pic shows, but can still click it from inventory and zone into CoD :)

Whoever performs the hand in for this quest will recieve the bracer, although the entire group will gain access to CoD (thereby by entitled to an AA and charm upgrade both if they did not previously have CoD access).
Although the bracer does indeed say AC: 7, it does not grant this any way. The Resist Disease effect is still clickable from general inventory though, despite the fact that this is a None/None item.

ok im a 54 ranger and i just completed my gate necklace quest when i noticed this quest. Do you really get an aa point? why and how? what do you have to do ? thanks

has anyone tried to hand this bangle to the diseased guy that gives you the flag to CoD?
would seem that if this is a bangle of disease warding ...and you wanted to cure him ... you could give him this bangle...has anyone tried handing this to him?

This bangle if for casting resist disease on yourself. There's no class / race on it, but it is clickable from inventory. It makes for a great little dummy buff for raids =)

if you have this item on you, and are NOT flagged for any tier two action, can you still get the ornate tranquility armor quests, or do you have to be actually FLAGGED?

No, this quest is not sufficient enough for Bor Wharhammer to acknowledge you to finish the Ornate armor quests.

Can anyone explain to me why this item has an AC rating when it is not wearable?
Says slot Inventory. Maybe the AC is effective even in your Inventory. /shrugs won't know til I get one. :P

Personally, I like using the key to give a buffer to an entire group against dragons. Whenever it's dispelled, it can be replaced for the entire group in les than 3 seconds.

I agree, or any mob that dispells and you need junk buffs for.
This is the key to Crypt of Decay (tier 2 version of Plane of Disease) obtained via quest (rather than killing Grummus). Its important to note that doing the quest does not allow you to get further flagging (ie bertox flag) like the killing of Grummus would.
