Ruins of KunarkFollow the road from Cabilis going south.
Continue over the water and peninsula to the island, still with a road on it.
When you get to the island, go west (right from Cabilis) and on the mainland near the water are the spots listed here.
Found them:

Looked like a yellow glowing orb on ground.

The respawn time on the two ground spawns in Kaesora and Swamp for Key of Veeshan has been reduced to about 50 minutes. I think in conjunction with the randomized spawn locations.

I don't have a screenshot (sorry) but on the TLP Mangler server it spawned at the -435, 2920 location but it didn't look like a pouch or an ice crystal like it's been shown. It was a little transparent glowing ball, almost like a mushroom with no stem. I didn't know what it was at first but after clicking it, it was the medallion.

yes the info was completely accurate thanks got one today!
Looks like a little bag. It is a couple feet from the water line. Hard to see. The loc is 100% accurate Pos 50 Pos 2935. Dead South of the Caballis Zone in, about midway down the zone.
Got one today at that location.
BTW just to make it easier on those who are still doing this...Zone in from FV on the West Side (left as you face Swamp from Firiona Vie) to make life easier. It's almost directly straight down on the left side of the zone.
Spawn timer is approx 12 hrs if you are unlucky, but I've never seen it repop sooner than 6 hrs myself.

Can anyone confirm that this spawns at loc given near a tree on hillside by the water?
I'm not sure I understand what it means by "ground spawn." Is there a particular type of mob that drops it? And where does it drop (loc) in the SoNH? Any information would be appreciated.
ground spawn means that the item just appears on the ground by itself.
You don't need to kill anything, and you don't loot the item from a mob. Basically, you go to the location, look at the ground, see an item (ground spawns tend to look like bags or books), and just pick it up.
Ground spawns have respawn times in the same way as NPC's. so sometime after you pick the item up, another one reappears there.

I think the spawn rate is 5 hours. A guild member looted it today at my 5 pm CST and I camped it about 530pm the same day and I just looted it abit after 10pm. If any one has see this in 5 hours. plz reply to this. thanks

well, I have been sittin here for the better part of two days. I even camped here before the last patch, and logged in as soon as the servers came back up. It aint here. Did this thing get nerfed, or maybe even floatinmg out of site underground? I know there are now a lot of FEATURES in the game now, with all the problems they have with stuff FALLING through the ground or walls. Could this be forever gone now?
